International - We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $150 worldwide. Depending on what region you are located the cost of an order below $150 will be added on check out. 

Indonesia - We also offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Indonesia no matter the size of your shopping cart. (estimated 2-5 business days)!

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

 *PLEASE READ As the recipient, YOU are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping too. Payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Langga Janji will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.

Abandoned or refused parcels will not be eligible for refund on the shipped items, shipping costs, import duties or fees incurred. 

We have been notified by customers who are experiencing high customs charges on packages arriving to UK & Europe by DHL, so please shop wisely before you purchase. Langga Janji is NOT responsible for any import duties payable. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

USA allows tax-free imports up to the value of USD800

Australia/NZ allows tax-free imports up to the value of AUD1,000

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on all actual customs fees as each country has its own rules and regulation regarding importing goods. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

For all shipping, please always include your contact phone number so that the courier may contact you if there are any problems with delivery.

Langgajanji is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as carrier issues or inclement weather.
